Itinerary

Day 1: Lima – Paracas – Nazca

Pick-up from the hotel and transfer to the bus station. We provide the 6.30 am bus tickets towards Paracas. Around 9.45 am you arrive and we pick you up from the station. From there, we will drive to the dock to board a speedboat. For about two hours we will explore the pacific ocean and will have the chance to see many birds and marine life. We will see sea lions, guano birds, and penguins, and maybe a Humpback whale, and the Candelabra geoglyph.

After the tour to Ballestas Islands we give you time for lunch and right after we will drive towards Huacachina Oasis located in the city of Ica. Once in there we will have an adventure ride along the desert in a buggy car, and then you have the chance to explore and enjoy the oasis lagoon. 

Finally we will take you to the bust station to take the bus to Nazca city. Once there we pick you up and take you to a 3-star hotel to spend the night.

Day 2: Nazca – Lima

08.30 am Pick up from the hotel and transfer to the airport for about 15 minutes. Once there we take one of the first flights that start at 9.30 am. We will have the chance to overflight the Nazca lines for about 36 minutes discovering the geoglyphs the Nazca culture made between 500 BCE and 500 CE. You will see from the air 12 figures like the hummingbird, condor, spider, the tree, the monkey, the whale, the astronaut , which will be narrated from the plane.

Then we will take you to the bus station to take the 2.30 pm bus to Lima.

There are restaurants next to the station for lunch.

Then you must be at the station at least at 2.10 pm. The bus arrives at 10 pm to Lima and from there we pick you up and take you to your hotel.

Ballestas Islands:

These islands, which are primarily made up of rock formations and have an estimated area of 0.12 km2, serve as an important sanctuary for marine life like the blue-footed booby, the tendril, and the guanay guano bird. Among other mammals, other notable species include the Humboldt penguin, two types of seals (fur seals and sea lions), and others.

Huacachina Oasis:

In 2017, The Telegraph ( a British newspaper ) included it as one of the 21 most impressive destinations in the world. The oasis is a natural attraction located about one and a half hours from Paracas, and about four hours from Lima city. Huacachina has a picturesque landscape, with a small lagoon surrounded by beautiful sand dunes. There are also tours along the sand with buggy cars and sandboarding.
